Membership:

  • Eligibility: To become a member, you must be a citizen of India and at least 18 years of age.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Prohibited Use: Members must not engage in any activity that contradicts the party's rules and regulations.
  • Membership Termination: The party reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates the party's rules and regulations.

Donations:

  • Voluntary Contribution: All donations made to the RADICAL PARTY OF INDIA (AMBEDKARIST) are voluntary.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once a donation is processed, it is final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
  • Gateway Charges: The contributor agrees to cover any applicable payment gateway or processing fees associated with the donation to ensure the full intended amount reaches the organization.
  • Legality of Funds: By donating, the contributor confirms that the funds are their own and are sourced from legal means, in accordance with the Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines.

Online Payments:

Online payment of membership or Donation can be made, using the following modes to the payment gateway:

After successful completion of the payment, generate a receipt of the payment made and keep it for correspondence. If you have not got your receipt after the payment, please contact the office before you make another attempt to make the same payment.

Duplicate Transactions:

"In the event of a double payment due to a technical glitch, the user should contact the office with proof of transaction for resolution. While donations are non-refundable, technical errors will be reviewed and addressed accordingly."
